Obviously, no beer made in a traditional brewery can truly be free of all gluten. This one is about as close as it gets though, with the fermentable sugars coming from sorghum and molasses. 84lbs of raspberries are added to the beer following primary fermentation, drowning out that all too familiar gluten-free taste typical of these beers. Somewhat tart and bright pink in color, the beer has been a hit with the gluten-free crowd.
